Jeff, you told me that you've known me since 7th grade. But I think you was just so quiet back then that I barely remembered we had class together! We started becoming good friends in junior year of high school. We were both on the Collins Hill swim team together. You swam of course and I dove. We hung out when we could at meets while we were both waiting for our turn to compete. We hung out a lot with the same group of friends through high school and remained close even after you left to go to LaSalle University which I am grateful for. You were always, are, and will be very special to me for many reasons. You were very sweet and caring, thoughtful and I could trust you as a friend. I wish I had spent more time with you a few weeks ago when you came in town but I'm glad that you felt you could trust me and confide in me. I wish I could have done more for you as your friend but I'm glad I reminded you again that I love you and will always be your friend no matter what. I'm glad that I was able to hug you one more time. I will never forget you and what you mean to me. I pray that you are happy now and in a better place than here but I will still miss you.
